Who is Eligible

We accept most health insurance plans.

  • If you don’t have insurance, we ask you to see an eligibility specialist about insurance options or sliding scale discounts.

  • No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

How to Get Started
  • Make an appointment in person or by phone (206-296-4990) during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and on Saturday mornings.

  • If you are not already a Neighborcare patient, please click here for more information on how to become a patient.

  • Most days, there are a few walk-in appointments available for immediate health care concerns. (We are not an urgent care center for one-time visits.)

Our family medicine team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. These primary care providers, along with nurses, medical assistants, and others on the team, offer a wide range of services.
