ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Many factors affect your health and wellbeing, so we aim to offer a holistic approach to your healthcare. We have additional services to help address all areas of need in your life:

WELCOME CENTER & RESOURCE INFORMATION

The Welcome Center is a centrally located desk that can help connect you with community resources and information. Examples include food resources, services for seniors, transportation assistance, and other social services. There are also staff in the building in addition to the Welcome Center who can help you access this information. We encourage you to use our community resource computers and public phone to further support accessing resources.

SOCIAL WORK & CARE COORDINATION SERVICES

Social Workers and Care Coordinators assist people in navigating and connecting to a variety of services within the building, but also with resources in the community. These services are offered as part of a team of staff to help you work towards accomplishing your goals.

HEALTH INSURANCE HELP

We can assist you with enrolling in a health insurance plan through the WA Health Plan Finder by scheduled or walk-in appointments during typical business hours. For more information about what to bring for your visit, click here.

ORCA LIFT ENROLLMENT

We can enroll qualified individuals in the income-based reduced fare bus pass called Orca Lift. With the Orca Lift card, income-qualified riders can save up to 50 percent or more on several different transit options in the Seattle-King County area.

PHARMACY

We have an onsite pharmacy, which can offer new prescriptions, refills, and medication consultation. Anyone is welcome to use our pharmacy services, but particular discounts are available for Neighborcare Health patients; prices may vary depending on insurance. See here for hours, or call the pharmacy directly at 206-548-5900.

NUTRITION

Healthy eating and access to good food is important to your health. Nutritionists onsite can support you with nutrition education and meal planning. We also have occasional classes and can connect you to other food resources.

INTERPRETER SERVICES

We can offer onsite Spanish interpreting services for certain appointments, as well as interpreter services for any language through in person, phone, or video interpreting. If you will need an interpreter, please let us know when you schedule an appointment so we can find the best match for you.

If there is something else you need, please feel free to come ask us at the Welcome Center.
